Your new role A leading insurance organisation is hiring a People Partner to play a critical role in the delivery of a new people and workforce strategy. This is a highly visible, strategy‑driven role requiring exceptional presentation, storytelling, and delivery leadership capabilities.
1. Support the design and delivery of a new people and workforce strategy, ensuring clarity, structure, and momentum.
2. Lead multiple strategic workstreams, operating as a delivery lead from concept through to execution.
3. Develop high‑quality executive and board‑level packs, with a strong focus on insight, narrative, and oues.
4. Use storytelling and structured problem‑solving to influence decision‑making at senior leadership level.
5. Partner closely with HR leadership on HR‑for‑HR portfolio, helping shape how HR operates as a function.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing strategic challenges with pragmatic delivery.
7. Ensure robusternance, planning, and cadence across initiatives, tracking progress and managing risks.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally Big 4 or top tier consultancy.
9. Strong understanding of HR end‑to‑end, not just workforce planning — candidates must “know HR inside out”.
10. Exposure to insurance or financial services is strongly preferred.
11. Demonstrable experience preparing and presenting at executive and board level.
12. Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
