Global Solutions Design Director
The Global Solution Design team sits within Talent Transformation and is an integral part of our go to market strategy and innovation-led approach.
As a Global Solutions Design Director you lead the solution design process partnering with sales and market leaders across regions to ensure our RPO solutions are appropriately aligned with the complex needs of clients and prospects.
This role will partner with various SME’s both in RPO and the wider Korn Ferry ecosystem to articulate our integrated product offerings to ensure clients realize maximum value. This role is critical in driving revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design market-differentiating RPO solutions that combine innovation with client-specific customization, optimizing people, processes, and intelligent automation to deliver unmatched value for prospective and existing clients.
* Be the trusted partner and advisor to our key stakeholders offering RPO market expertise across all regions.
* drive commercial models in close collaboration with the commercials team.
* Advise during bid/no-bid reviews, working closely with stakeholders through opportunity assessment.
* Support as required in the preparation and content of ‘on point’ RFI / RFP / Presentation material to ensure KF RPO is positioned as a market leader.
* Maintain broad knowledge of our Digital and other, Korn Ferry solution offerings.
* Partner with our technology consulting team to incorporate existing and new technologies, including digital products & KF offerings, into our RPO solutions.
* Participate in the evaluation of new technology partners and options that will provide KF RPO the opportunity to further innovate our RPO offerings in the marketplace with differentiated and operationally effective RPO solutions.
* Engage across the end-of-the-end sales process and interact with clients and prospects to identify and/or validate business needs and determine how best our product offerings will satisfy such needs.
* Contribute to the matrixed global SA team in areas such as integrated Value Proposition development, expertise leadership and market insight.
Requirements:
* Proven SME experience in end-to-end RPO environments, ideally with a Total Talent lens.
* Deep knowledge of RPO operational delivery structures; people, process and technology.
* Creative and ambitious in design principles with an eye on ‘what’s next’.
* Experienced and energized by working with a vast array of cultures, sensitive and adaptable to different approaches and cultural norms.
* Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from early career to senior leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and key stakeholders through effective design and compelling proof of concept. Self-directed with strong organizational savvy.
