Delivery Director - £120-£135k+ Excellent Package - Digital Agency, Central London.
We are looking for a commercially minded Delivery Director to join one of the UK’s most respected customer experience digital agencies, which employs 350 staff, and works with some of the world’s biggest brands.
Skills experienced / Required:
* Experienced Delivery Director / Project Director, working in a client-facing environment e.g. digital agency / consultancy
* Experienced in growing existing accounts and business development
* Proven track record of overseeing the simultaneous delivery of multiple technology projects such as complex website design and builds (individual project revenues £50k - £500k and annual client group revenues of £3m - £10m).
* Broad understanding of digital technologies as a Digital Director
* Strong understanding of Agile methodology / Agile Leadership in multi-disciplinary / mult-organisation teams.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.
* Strong client management skills with the proven ability to build and lead senior client relationships and manage stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* You will ensure best practice and modern software delivery methods are consistently applied
* Full line management duties for Scrum Masters and Project Managers
* Work closely with Client Experience Director and Client Technology Director (and client-side Product Owners) to create the vision for how to deliver products and services.
* Balance creating value and managing risk
* Operational management
* Reporting on overall project delivery and ensuring accurate reporting
* Client leadership:
* Set up the trajectory for successful projects, being able to pitch and convince clients on our recommended delivery framework to achieve the clients vision and delivery objectives, budgets and timelines.
Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working arrangement for the Delivery Director includes working from home (if desired) and working on site in Central London.
