Duration: From June 2025 until the end of 2028
Location: First 3-4 months, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 (accommodation provided), then in Talacre CH8 9RD.
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (to be confirmed)

Our client is a global leader in engineering and constructing major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore. The organization operates in six business lines: Asset Based Services, Drilling Offshore, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, and Robotics & Industrialized Solutions. It has 8 fabrication yards, an offshore fleet of 29 construction vessels, and 15 drilling rigs, emphasizing technological innovation.
Purpose of the position: As Project Secretary, you will support the Energy Carriers business line within the Project Management department, providing secretarial and organizational support to the Liverpool Bay project. You will ensure efficient secretarial services to the project and client team.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors
2. Draft correspondence, compose letters, and action emails
3. Organize archives and file documents (paper and electronic)
4. Support report and presentation preparation using appropriate software
5. Attend meetings, take notes, and write reports
6. Arrange international travel and handle complex itineraries and expenses
7. Check passport and visa requirements, and arrange necessary paperwork
8. Prepare orders for office materials
What are we looking for?
Experience:
* Experience as a project secretary or similar activities in an international context, ideally within the energy sector
* IT skills: Proficiency in Office software
* Languages: Fluency in spoken and written foreign languages
* Flexibility to work in Kingston upon Thames initially (accommodation provided)
