Your new companyA well-established national law firm with a strong reputation in defendant personal injury is continuing to expand its team. As part of this growth, the firm is looking for an experienced paralegal or litigation executive to join its busy personal injury department and support a high-quality caseload. Your new roleThe role involves managing a varied caseload spanning employers' liability, public liability, general personal injury and road-traffic accident matters, covering both pre-litigation and litigated files. You'll support a busy and growing team by handling a broad mix of claims, contributing to high-quality client service while developing your technical expertise across multiple areas of defendant PI work. What you'll need to succeedYou'll need at least 12 month's experience handling personal injury matters, including exposure to EL/PL, RTA and fast-track work. A solid understanding of litigation procedures, together with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload confidently, will be important for success in this role.
