Overview
Behaviour Mentor role in the Education sector working with challenging students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Experience with teenagers is essential, including backgrounds such as youth work, support work, or sports coaching.
Responsibilities
* Work with young people within an AP
* Provide 1:1 and group academic support and support through extra-curricular activities
* Manage challenging behaviour using strong behaviour management techniques and strategies
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience working with young people with difficult behaviour
* Strong behaviour management techniques and strategies
* Passion for working and supporting learning
* Resilient and patient attitude
