What the Role Involves
Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same: to help someone live well at home.
You’ll support with:
* Personal care and daily routines
* Medication reminders and mealtime support
* Mobility and confidence with moving around the home
* Light household tasks to keep things safe and comfortable
* Companionship — because connection matters
You’ll visit the same clients regularly so you can build trust and make a real impact.
What You’ll Receive
* £13.50 per hour
* Double pay on peak days
* Paid travel and waiting time
* 35p per mile mileage allowance
* Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
* Earn while you train — fully paid induction & shadowing
* Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 per week) after probation
* £400 refer-a-friend reward
* Opportunities to grow into Senior or Lead roles
And most importantly:
Minimum 1-hour visits — real time to care properly
Shifts & Flexibility
We provide care between 06:45 – 21:30, and we’ll work with you to build a schedule that suits your life.
All we ask is every other weekend availability.
