Fixed Term Contract with potential for progression to Full Time Hybrid SaaS Automotive Industry Are you tech-savvy, people-focused, and enjoy engaging with customers? Were looking for a proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our growing team, for a fixed 12-month term, to support clients across the automotive sector, with the opportunity to progress to become a full-time team member at the end of the contract period. About the Role As a Customer Success Assistant, youll play a key part in ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience with our SaaS business management platform. Youll work closely with our Customer Success Manager to keep clients engaged, informed, and successful, with particular emphasis on ensuring that our customers get the most out of the software package. Youll be proactive in spotting opportunities for customer benefit, help to prepare relevant documentation and plan strategies for ongoing engagement. In addition to this, youll play a supportive role to the Customer Services Team and be able to handle incoming support calls and emails with confidence. Office hours: 8:30am-5:00pm / 09:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday Hybrid working: office days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, home days are Monday and Wednesday Remuneration: £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependant on experience What Youll Do Monitor customer usage and internal developments and highlight potential issues or opportunities Support the Customer Success Manager with follow-ups, reporting, and day-to-day tasks Gather customer feedback and help identify trends to improve our service Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to resolve customer needs Aid the creation of support, training and marketing content for both staff and customers Handle incoming support calls and emails with confidence, professionalism, and clarity What Youll Bring Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, mobile apps and general office software A proactive, customer-focused mindset Ability to self-motivate, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Confidence and composure when handling incoming support calls Experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles is strongly beneficial Who You Are Professional, approachable, and patient Curious and eager to learn about our software and its place in the automotive industry Collaborative, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Why Join Us?
