If so, GXO would love you to join our team in Wellingborough as our Operational Trainer. Youll play a vital role in onboarding, upskilling and supporting colleagues across the warehouse, ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence and capability to succeed in a fast-paced operational environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, predominately Monday to Friday.

Youll be paid a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience. What youll do on a typical day:
Deliver high-quality inductions, site tours and operational training across all areas
Deliver MHE training (LLOP/PPT) in line with the accrediting body association and onsite guidelines
Be an ambassador for learning, leading by example whilst providing training & support to all learners and continuous on the job coaching
Keep up to date with the latest regulations & legislation relevant to MHE and H&S, whilst ensuring new practices are aligned within the business
Support and deliver other training sessions and workshops where appropriate across all functions, ensuring all training is evaluated, recorded and maintained as appropriate
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience as an Operational Train, with strong forward-planning and organisational capability
A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT) and actively training on a recent and regular basis
Confident delivering MHE training (LLOP, PPT) and Manual Handling training
Flexible in your approach to ensure business needs are met and exceeded, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
The ability to multitask, prioritise and build strong working relationships at all levels
