Overview
WSP is a leading engineering professional services firm. We design lasting solutions across Transportation & Infrastructure, Power & Energy, Property & Buildings, Environment, Industry and Resources (including Mining, Oil & Gas) sectors, delivering project-related and strategic consulting services. The successful candidate will lead the PMCM (project, programme, cost and commercial management) activities in the Energy sector, drive business development, growth opportunities, and delivery, and help establish a PMCM Energy team recognized in the industry.
The role reports to the PMCM Head of Discipline and involves using your network to identify opportunities, leading client development, assisting in winning bids, and developing relationships with key clients. You will initially take a lead role in delivering work and help implement the 3-year PMCM Energy Strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead development, ongoing coordination and updates of the 3-year Energy strategy.
* Lead and champion PMCM Energy related Key Account Management.
* Lead PMCM Energy related Business Development – internal and client facing.
* Lead strategic level bids and the initial phase of delivery.
* Provide a strategic overview of Energy markets and key opportunities, maintaining the pipeline.
* Lead and develop Energy client management, pursuit management and authoring capabilities.

* Ability to handle conflicting priorities and offer positive solutions.
* Understanding of the full range of WSP services and the ability to integrate them to deliver the best client outcomes.
