Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As our new Production Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing a dedicated team of 35 Operatives, supported by a Shift Manager. Your role will involve working to KPIs while managing the recruitment, training, and development of staff. You will motivate and inspire your team to enhance productivity, tackle operational challenges head-on, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you monitor stock management and generate vital reports, all while maintaining a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours call outs. Production Manager Requirements: Proven experience in production management. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated experience in recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes. Proficiency in analysing data and stock forecasts. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment. Production Manager Benefits: Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
