About the Role
Green Schools Project is seeking a part-time Development and Communications Officer to work three days a week, supporting our fundraising strategy and leading our communications efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing social enterprise dedicated to empowering schools and young people to address the climate and nature crisis. Over the past four years, we have expanded from a one-person organization to a team of six, driven by successful fundraising and our innovative Zero Carbon Schools programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement fundraising strategies in collaboration with the Head of Development.
* Research and develop new opportunities with local authorities, trusts, and corporate partners.
* Write grant applications and pursue sponsorship opportunities.
* Manage and enhance our communications, including social media, newsletters, and website content.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in fundraising, business development, and communications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
* Ability to build relationships and work independently with flexibility.
We Offer
* £34,000 pro-rata for three days per week.
* 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Location and Application
Location: Bristol, with at least one day in a shared workspace and the rest remote. Occasional team days in London or Bristol.
