We’re looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join a small, specialist professional services team on a maternity cover basis. This is a hands-on role combining PA, office management, and business development support—perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, busy environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Support finance, supplier relationships, HR administration, onboarding, and induction processes
* Assist with training, events, internal communications, and shared inbox management
* Maintain CRM/BD data and support reporting, presentations, and client initiatives
* Help coordinate events, webinars, newsletters, and website/social media updates
* Support health & safety initiatives and contribute to social/cultural activities
About You
* Experience in a PA, Operations, or BD support role in professional services (legal experience advantageous but not essential)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
* Able to balance operational duties with business development activities
* Proactive, discreet, and comfortable working independently in a hands-on role
