Responsibilities and Requirements
* Lead the daily routines, learning environment, care standards and practical organisation of the Nursery
* Work with strong EYFS knowledge, excellent communication and confidence supporting children’s early development
* Substantial nursery experience and a minimum Level 4 Childcare qualification
* Confident managing provision, liaising with parents and supporting behaviour, safeguarding and personal care routines
* A mature, organised and proactive practitioner able to run the day‑to‑day Nursery offer with consistency and care
