* Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights (18:00-06:00)
* Salary: £15.46 per hour (including night allowance and Banked Hours payments), up to £33,758 per annum
We offer a site bonus scheme rewarding performance, potentially increasing earnings by an additional £2.50 per hour, totaling up to £5,500 annually.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide free transport from Tilbury Town Station upon employment
* This role operates on a Banked Hours contract
* Pick stock and orders from designated locations within the chilled warehouse
* Assemble customer orders according to profiles
* Ensure accurate picking of products
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety
* Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Qualifications
* Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment
* Capable of meeting targets in a fast-paced setting
* Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
* Reliable and conscientious nature
