General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training

What You'll Do
* Develop, solve, and review advanced problems across academic and professional domains with real-world relevance
* Apply your research expertise to design complex, challenging problem statements that stress-test and improve AI reasoning
* Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance
* Evaluate AI outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and depth
* Ensure clarity and precision across all deliverables — the same standard you'd hold to a peer-reviewed submission
Who You Are
* Hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
* Have a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management
* Bring exceptional written communication skills — you can explain difficult ideas with clarity and precision
* Naturally detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working independently
* Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
Nice to Have
* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
* Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
* Experience designing or grading graduate-level assessments, qualifying exams, or technical problem sets
* Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning workflows
