About this Role Are you a Generator Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Diesel Engineer looking for a new challenge within the energy and asset rental sector? This Generator Engineer role with Dawsongroup Energy Solutions covers the South of England and Wales region, offering the chance to work on a wide range of diesel generator equipment while building long-term relationships with customers and supporting critical power solutions. Service, maintain, diagnose and repair diesel generators and associated hire equipment across customer sites throughout the South of England and Wales Prepare machinery for hire, support hire operations and ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard Deliver excellent customer service while providing technical advice and support to customers and colleagues Complete accurate administration including service reports, parts usage and time recording Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company and legal compliance standards About You You might already be an experienced Generator Engineer, Mobile Service Engineer, or Diesel Technician, or you may come from a transferable engineering background with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently and taking pride in delivering a first-class service to customers.
