The mission
Help government and industry make smarter bets on emerging technology. You will research fast-moving domains, turn signal into insight, and deliver innovation programmes that connect startups, scaleups, corporates and the public sector to solve real problems at pace.
What you will do
* Run quantitative and qualitative research on emerging tech markets and ecosystems
* Produce clear insight products - briefs, landscape maps, trend reports, opportunity assessments
* Design and deliver innovation programmes and challenge sprints from scoping to showcase
* Engage founders, investors, corporates, academia and government partners to build high trust networks
* Translate technical themes into outcomes and policy-relevant recommendations
* Contribute to bids, proposals and client presentations with crisp analysis and storytelling
* Track impact across projects and feed learning back into playbooks and methods

What you will bring
* Proven experience in innovation consulting, technology research, or ecosystem building
* Strong primary and secondary research skills with an ability to form defensible points of view
* Confidence running workshops, challenge sprints and stakeholder roundtables
* Excellent writing and visual communication skills suitable for C-suite and public sector audiences
* Comfortable operating in a fast, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
* Existing SC or DV clearance is essential for this role
