Position: Referrals Officer - Fostering

Location: Hybrid - South East (London)
Hours: 21 hours per week - 4 days
Salary: £13,578.04 pro rata (£22,630.06 per annum full-time equivalent)

Your Role
As our new Referrals Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing referrals from Local Authorities. Your mission? To ensure that every foster placement is a perfect match for the child and family involved.
In this role, you will:
* Actively promote foster parent vacancies through effective communication with Local Authorities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities
* Keep our systems accurate and up-to-date
* Work efficiently under tight deadlines
* Utilize company performance data to support foster parents and drive business growth
* Complete foster parent pay processes (full training provided)
* Liaise with the Referral Hub for additional support
* Keep your line manager informed about referrals, matching, and any vacancy issues
* Participate in regular meetings and assist with minute-taking

We seek someone who is proactive and passionate about making a difference in children's lives. While experience in children's services is beneficial, what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You should possess:

* The ability to follow regulatory policies and processes
