Are you a visionary Marketing Manager ready to make a significant impact on how innovative products reach the market? In this pivotal role, you won’t just execute campaigns; you’ll be the architect of product marketing strategy, influencing key decisions and bringing groundbreaking features and services to market. Your expertise will directly shape how our client’s offerings are perceived, adopted, and celebrated by users globally, driving significant growth and engagement. You will be instrumental in translating complex product features into compelling narratives, ensuring our client’s innovations resonate deeply with their target audience and achieve widespread success.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as a subject matter expert for products and features, providing crucial input into the development process, conducting market analysis, and forecasting industry trends.
* Orchestrate meetings to develop comprehensive marketing plans for regional or functional teams, reviewing portfolios, prioritizing marketing goals, and defining positioning strategies.
* Develop and roll out frameworks for product marketing content across diverse channels.
* Define, identify, collect, and meticulously track appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics for new and existing ventures.
* Validate market size and opportunity, including active users, revenue, growth, and profit, leveraging subject matter expertise to identify market landscape opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and strategic visions.
* Deeply understand products and target audiences to develop compelling positioning, successfully bring products to market, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and messaging.
* Generate user insights to help cross-functional teams and product partners integrate the user voice into product development and marketing strategies.
* Provide constructive feedback to internal and external teams for user experience improvements, advocating for in-product user experience to resolve issues and promote engagement.
* Shape product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies using voice and user insights, adapting communications to specific product nuances and goals.
* Independently create marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy, and drive content and design iteration with cross-functional teams based on content standards.
* Independently determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research by leveraging internal and external partners.
* Manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to meet user needs and achieve key results (OKRs).
* Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization, determine optimal channels for user engagement, and integrate channels to meet targets.


Must‑Have Qualifications

* Proficiency in product positioning, data analysis and synthesis, consumer behaviour, situational leadership, campaign management, marketing briefs, client/partner management/advising, brand management, industry knowledge, storytelling, and go-to-market activities.
* Marketing experience, with a strong preference for performance or digital media expertise.
* Direct experience working with Amazon Ads, demonstrating knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs.
* Strong business acumen, including experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies across online and traditional retail channels, managing large channel marketing budgets.
* A talent for explaining and summarizing complex issues into simple, intuitive narratives.
* Sharp analytical skills and a proven capability to analyze marketing performance effectively.
* Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* A global mindset with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Experience working for powerful, iconic brands that engage consumers through disruptive marketing.
* Proven success in driving awareness, engagement, and conversion results for consumer products.
