Job Details
Full‑time position responsible for developing IT solutions for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
* Application development in key Alloga systems
* Developing database solutions using industry‑leading DBMS
* Designing and implementing client integration projects
* Setting up customer EDI integrations
* Producing and maintaining strict change control
* Producing and maintaining IT documentation
* Testing system changes
* Providing technical support to users
* Supporting issues related to key Alloga systems
* Effectively managing issues in a timely manner according to agreed targets
* Providing knowledge transfer and training to IT support function
* Ensuring compliance with SOPs and training requirements
* Providing regular updates to stakeholders, customers, and clients
