Who you’ll be working with
Join a cross-functional Customer Experience tech team delivering a cloud contact centre platform for a financial services organisation. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, and Product teams in a highly regulated, enterprise environment.
What you’ll be doing
A hands-on engineering role where you’ll:
* Design and build Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic
* Deliver AI-driven capabilities (IVR, agent assist, Contact Lens)
* Integrate Connect with CRM, banking, and risk systems via APIs & Lambda
* Own real-time and historical reporting for ops and compliance
* Ensure solutions meet FCA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS requirements
* Support outbound campaigns and customer communication workflows
* Manage IaC deployments (Terraform/CloudFormation)
* Contribute to resilience, DR, and platform optimisation
What we need from you
* Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience
* Background in regulated environments (FS, fintech, etc.)
* Experience building secure, compliant contact flows
* Integration experience using AWS Lambda, APIs, event-driven patterns
* Proficiency in Python or Node.js
* Knowledge of Contact Lens, reporting, and analytics
* Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
* Good understanding of FCA/GDPR in customer contact environments
