Overview

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to support a fast-paced supply chain team in the aviation sector? Draken Europe is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our supplier approval process and procurement operations. Location: Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to the supplier approval and audit process, managing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic and mission-critical department. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time applicants for this role, full-time being 37 hours per week, part-time being circa 20 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities

* Complete new supplier set-up and reapproval/audit processes
* Review purchase requisitions against the preferred supplier list
* Process and amend purchase orders as required
* Expedite orders and maintain the open order book
* Produce management information reports
* Ensure procurement system compliance with internal procedures


What You’ll Bring

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A collaborative team player with excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge desirable)
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
* Financial and commercial awareness
* Ability to obtain and hold SC-Level security clearance
