VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR FULL TIME 8.45AM 5.30PM MON-FRI PERMANENT POSITION STOKE ON TRENT £26K THE ROLE Arranging delivery of new vehicles to customers Arranging vehicle collections Liaising with dealerships in relation to delivery dates and any associated issues Dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries Using multiple systems Chasing suppliers for updates and information / data WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Office based telephone experience with the ability to handle high call volumes IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload Due to the nature of our clients location, it is advisable that applicants have their own transportation as access to our clients site via public transport is very limited.
