We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors based in South Devon. Day to Day duties of the Stock Condition Surveyor Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements. Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Carry out HHSRS evaluations Record and update survey data in the asset management system. Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Have experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys.
