Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
* Sales & Marketing: Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
* Financial Control & Profitability: Understand cost control and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
* Operations & Logistics: Manage a fleet, plan strategically and drive performance.
* Leadership & Development: Mentor, train and develop your own team – with opportunities to manage and promote others.
Qualifications
* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (professional experience can be substituted if applicable).
* Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations for non‑drivers with disability are available).
* No driving‑related drug or alcohol offence in the last five years.
