This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys handling their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You'll be part of a collaborative team in a friendly and professional environment, with excellent administrative and paralegal support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client care standards.
