Job Description:
The Events Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for organizing internal and external events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delegate experiences.
Salary:
The salary for this position is up to £15.00 per hour on a PAYE basis.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal and external events, including venue selection, supplier liaison, and post-event management.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their event requirements and preferences.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance event experiences, driving repeat business and extended partnerships.
* Oversee delegate registration and experience, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable event process.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree in a field such as Life Science, Marketing, or Events Management.
* Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong budget management skills, with ability to oversee small and large-scale budgets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and event campaign creation.
