We are currently looking to recruit an additional team member for our Bookings Team, based at our FordStore Head Office in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out post-visit calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
* Handling inbound booking calls from customers
* Making outbound calls to advise customers of upcoming servicing, MOT, and other vehicle work
* Managing enquiries via website, live chat, email, and manufacturer leads
* Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Keyloop
Skills Required
* Excellent customer service skills, putting customers first
* Strong phone manner and communication skills, with a friendly, smiling voice
* Administrative experience, including familiarity with Keyloop CRM and Microsoft Office
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and fun-loving to fit in with the team
* Call centre experience is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate
