We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Head / SENDCo to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and drive forward our vision for inclusive, personalised learning.

Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and contribute to the strategic direction of inclusive, personalised learning for pupils with complex needs.
* Lead and coordinate SEND provision, ensuring high standards of teaching, therapeutic support, and outcomes for students.
* Collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies to promote holistic development and well-being of pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a SEND leadership role (Assistant Head / SENDCo) within a school or specialist provision.
* Strong SEND background with a track record of improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
* Commitment to nurturing, aspirational education and a therapeutic/educational ethos.
