To be considered, you will have worked in a regulated and complex organisation and be a Qualified Company Secretary. You will have demonstrated that you can offer high-level stewardship and advice to Non-Execs and Chairs and have implemented successful governance processes.
Your CV will be succinct, and your experience will demonstrate the Boards and Committees you have worked with, the governance processes or initiatives you have implemented or engaged with.
Your attitude will be proactive and always looking to partner with the business to ensure they are adhering to the most exacting governance standards. The company offers a very competitive package and also very flexible working conditions.
