Following the founders transition into a broader Group role, the company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth. This is a commercially focused role, centred on accelerating revenue, scaling direct-to-consumer channels and expanding across European markets. Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will assume full P&L responsibility, with a primary emphasis on: Driving substantive revenue growth across European markets Leading and scaling a high-performing direct-to-consumer and e-commerce proposition Building international partnerships and routes to market Identifying new opportunities informed by consumer insight and design trends In parallel, the Managing Director will provide leadership across manufacturing to ensure the business has the capability and structure to support growth.
