Cluster Residential Child Care Worker
Pebbles Care is looking for a dedicated team member to support children in our cluster of homes. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, resilience, and a caring, therapeutic approach.
Responsibilities
* Drive children to and from school, appointments and visits.
* Teach life‑skills including meal preparation and household chores.
* Plan and conduct engaging activities, outings and holidays.
* Provide one‑to‑one or two‑to‑one support tailored to each young person’s needs.
* Support shift work across multiple locations within a short journey of each other, averaging 56.4 hours per week.
* Complete induction and shadow shifts, learn the Pebbles Way therapeutic care model.
What We Offer
* Salary: £34,719.00 – £36,248.00 per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time).
* Rotation: 1 day on (24 hrs, including sleep‑over) and 2 days off (48 hrs).

Desirable Qualities
* Up to 12 months experience working with children or young adults (greater experience may make you eligible for higher salary grades).
* Current or intended attainment of SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma relevant to residential child care.
* Familiarity with Codes of Practice of regulatory bodies.
* Existing PVG/DBS certificate.
