Posted by The Growth Project on behalf of our client — a confidential brand hire. Brand name disclosed at first conversation.
We're a 7-figure UK womenswear brand in a pivotal scaling phase, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to be the day-to-day owner of how our brand shows up — on-site, in inbox, and across every customer touchpoint.
This isn't a strategy-from-a-distance role. You'll be in Shopify, in Klaviyo, in Figma, writing copy, briefing shoots, shipping campaigns. Paid media is handled by our Head of Growth — you'll own everything else the customer sees.
What you'll own
* Retention (email & SMS). Klaviyo is your home. Flows, campaigns, segmentation, lifecycle — you're fluent enough to build it, not just brief it.
* E-commerce & site. Trading calendar, product storytelling, merchandising, on-site copy. Shopify is where you live day-to-day.
* Creative direction & copy. Visual taste. A sharp eye. A sharper pen. You can look at a hero image or an email header and know what's off — then fix it.
* Campaign execution. From brief to live, across channels. You move fast and ship well.
You are
* 5+ years in a marketing role within DTC preferably fashion — this is non-negotiable. Category experience matters. You know how a fashion calendar moves, what a good product shot looks like, and why "flattering" is not a cliché but a purchase driver.
* Genuinely strong in Shopify and Klaviyo. Not "familiar with" — strong. You've built flows, you've shipped campaigns, you know where the levers are.
* A natural creative eye and writer. You can art-direct a shoot, write a subject line that gets opened, and spot a weak headline at fifty paces.
* A confident remote operator. Self-directed, organised, and comfortable owning outcomes without being managed to them.
Tools you'll live in
Shopify · Klaviyo · Figma · GA4 · Claude and other AI tools (we're genuinely native here, not "experimenting")
The setup
* Fully remote, UK-based
* Full-time, or 4 days/week for the right person
* Flexible hours — we care about output, not when you're at your desk
* Reports to the Head of Growth
How to apply
Apply via LinkedIn with your CV and answer the screening questions. No cover letter required — but feel free to share links to brands, campaigns, or emails you've shipped that you're proud of.
