The Maintenance Team Leader will play a major role in the planning of projects and organising the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in CAPEX project. Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader: Control and manage maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimise risk of downtime. Implement a planned maintenance system Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow up to identify corrective actions. Co-ordinate all activities associated with CAPEX applications and delivery of approved projects. Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the business.
