Compensation: £13,614 - £15,143 / year
Your key responsibilities
* Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
* Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
* Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
* Support with high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
* Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
* Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
* Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
* Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
* Help with day‑to‑day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.
Our Assistant Educators should have...
* You don’t need previous experience in a similar role, just a genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children!
* The drive to complete your full induction and take up opportunities for further training and development, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and the opportunity to gain a Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualification.
