Job Title: Document Controller

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)

The Opportunity
This is a key role supporting both site and office operations for a Logistics Company. As a Document Controller, you will take ownership of documentation processes, ensuring compliance records are maintained and providing essential administrative support to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organise invoices, receipts, and financial documentation
Maintain and monitor health & safety documentation and compliance records
Keep accurate logs of personnel access and site attendance
Issue internal notices and support company-wide communications
Assist with preparation and submission of tender documentation
Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical)
Provide proactive administrative support to operational teams
About You
Previous experience in a similar position
Experience working in construction, logistics or Industrial sectors
Strong document control or site administration experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks
Professional, personable, and comfortable working within a small team
Able to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
