Duties of the Bodyshop Workshop Manager:

Overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard

Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skills, current workload, and job priorities

Monitoring progress, quality control, and productivity throughout the repair process

Ensuring stage repairs are completed before vehicles move through various stages of repair

Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain smooth workflow

Checking the quality of repairs at each stage and resolving any issues promptly

Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised workshop environment

Requirements needed for the Bodyshop Workshop Manager:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a similar role within the accident repair industry

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team

In-depth understanding of bodyshop repair processes and operations

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
