Overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standardAllocating work efficiently to technicians based on skills, current workload, and job prioritiesMonitoring progress, quality control, and productivity throughout the repair processEnsuring stage repairs are completed before vehicles move through various stages of repairLiaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain smooth workflowChecking the quality of repairs at each stage and resolving any issues promptlyPromoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised workshop environmentRequirements needed for the Bodyshop Workshop Manager:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a similar role within the accident repair industryStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a teamIn-depth understanding of bodyshop repair processes and operationsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressureA commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer serviceIf you are ready to take your career to the next level and work with a progressive employer offering excellent conditions, we want to hear from you.
