Chef - £26,208 - Contract Catering - Work Life Balance - Warminster Our client is a global player in the contract catering industry that supply catering and facility services to various sites throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef for their site in Warminster. This Company offers excellent benefits and opportunities to progress. The successful candidate will work mainly Monday to Friday with a mix of shifts that are either 0530-1400 or 1000-1830. You work only 1 weekend in 4 so this is a great work life balance role. All over time is paid Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef will Include: * To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards * To support manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within a budget * To be responsible for maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge * To maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control * To comply with health and safety and food safety legislations What You Need To Be a Successful Chef: Previous Experience as a Chef * NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications are required or relevant industry experience * Basic Food Hygiene Certificate * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment The Reward/Benefits - Chef: * £26,208p/a Over time paid when you work over 40 hours * Life/work balance * Monday to Friday mainly with 1 in 4 weekends * Evenings Off * Overtime Paid How to Apply: To apply for this role, please click the "APPLY" button.
