Lead the finance function for a small but high-impact charity making a real difference in young people’s lives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a small finance team, shape systems and processes and work closely with the CEO and trustees to ensure financial stability and growth. As Finance Manager, you’ll enjoy flexible, part-time hours, predominantly remote working and the satisfaction of seeing your work directly benefit the community. The role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, with the possibility of extension.
