Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team over multiple stores, delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that food production meets the highest standards of quality and safety while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
* Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and ensure efficient team management.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance productivity.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
* Proficient in food production processes with a keen eye for detail in presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary package between 40k to 50k depending on experience & performance.
