We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our Macclesfield site. The hours are on a two week rolling rota working 7am-7pm. Week 1 Mon Tue Sat Sun, Week 2 Wed Thurs Frid.
The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and motivating warehouse operatives
* Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Supporting stock control and general warehouse administration
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Team leading or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
