Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
Quickly build rapport with pupils and staff in new school settings
Mark and assess pupils' work in line with each school's policy (when required)
Adapt to different classroom environments and school cultures with professionalism and flexibility
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
A minimum of one year's experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferred, but ECTs also welcome)
A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment expectations
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire pupils
A proactive, organised, and reliable approach to supply teaching
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
