Our client is a cause-driven Non-profit organisation, they're seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in Salesforce administration and a passion for making a real impact! Key Responsibilities: Be the first line of support for all Salesforce users across the organisation. Maintain data integrity and security in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act. Manage and improve Salesforce integrations with websites and third-party platforms. Train and support staff on Salesforce best practices and processes. Create, analyse, and present reports and dashboards. Prepare the system for future AI and advanced analytics capabilities. Essential: 2 years’ experience with Salesforce. Skilled in configuration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions). Salesforce Administrator Certification. Strong reporting and data visualisation capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Desirable: Experience with tools like Form Assembly, payment platforms, Power BI or Tableau.
