Purpose of Role:
Performing on-site data destruction and Decommissioning
Reporting to:
Field Services and Logistics Manager EMEA
Principal Accountabilities
1. Maintaining the vehicle, ensuring it is fully operational and clean inside and out
2. Complete daily checks on vehicle
3. Maintenance of the shredders
4. Managing spare parts manifest
5. Managing all testing required for the vehicles (LOLER tester, Pat testing, PMI testing)
6. Managing Servicing of vehicles
7. General maintenance of Yard and vehicles
8. Onsite services, data wiping, decommissioning, degaussing, Pallet packing,scanning,audits.
9. Driving SSD van and HDD Trucks
10. Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives
11. Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork
12. Support measures designed to effectively manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirements
13. Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements
14. Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to job
15. Support training and performance-management initiatives
16. Travel to other countries is required
17. Other duties where required
Experience / Qualification Required
18. Experience in a customer facing role
19. Experience maintaining mechanical vehicles and machines
20. HGV Licenses and expereince driving up to Class 2 vehicles, desirable
