Russell Taylor Group are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing organisation in Ellesmere Port.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
* Source and install new components, perform system fitting and calibration, and replace parts in line with maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with the latest health and safety standards.
* Work proactively to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
* Perform repairs, upgrades, and system modifications, monitor the performance of machinery and systems, and evaluate current procedures to recommend efficiency improvements.
The Person:
* Qualified or time-served in an electrical engineering discipline.
* Knowledge of automated conveyor systems.
* 18th Edition qualification would be an advantage.
* Computer literate.
* Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication skills.
