SUPERVISOR - Esposito's Coffee Shop/Deli, @ Esposito's, Highlands Road, Runcorn WA7 4PT
Requirements Summary:
* Full Time Supervisor
* Typical working hours will be between 8am - 6pm across Monday to Sunday
* Must have 2 years Supervisor experience.
* Available for overtime and flexible to work different days
* Experience in the hospitality sectors
* High Standard Barista experience preferred
* Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Duties will involve but not limited to;
* Making sure everything runs smoothly by maintaining operational and safety standards.
* Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are met and followed.
* Leading by example by providing an excellent experience for customers.
* Recognising and celebrating team members for providing excellent service.
* Supporting the Deli Manager with colleague training and development.
* Use EPOS till system and stock control software in line with company procedure.
* Placing orders with relevant suppliers in line with store budget.
* Opening and closing the deli in line with company procedures.
* Promoting an inclusive environment where colleagues feel respected, valued, and safe.
In the Managers absence, you will be responsible for;
* Overseeing full operations of deli and staff members
* Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control whilst maintaining budgets set
* Creating and managing staff rotas in line with budget
* Ensuring all reporting duties are completed correctly and in time including cashing up, payroll, compliance checks & stocktaking
* Resolving and acting on security and maintenance issues
Full training is given but ideally, we would like our candidates to have a minimum 2 years working in a hospitality supervisor or team leader environment. Barista experience is preferred but you will be given full training to our very own brand standards. Being open minded and willing to learn is key - a passion for Coffee, Cake, Ice Cream - all food & drink is ideal
