Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking to step into a role that combines hands-on client work with team leadership?
I’m currently supporting a well-established and growing accounting firm in their search for a Financial Controller to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while also providing leadership and guidance to a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted financial partner
* Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
* Provide strategic input to clients, supporting business growth and decision-making
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals
* Review and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and quality
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar
* Strong technical accounting knowledge (ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred)
* Experience working with multiple clients or within a practice environment is highly desirable
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
