* Support the Store Manager and keep the team motivated.
* Ensure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for, maintaining a positive experience.
* Take the lead when the Store Manager is away, running the day-to-day store operations with confidence and care.
* Lead by example, demonstrating great service and embodying the CardFactory Way.
* Drive store initiatives, keep communication flowing, and create a positive, inclusive vibe.
* Keep an eye on the numbers to make sure the store runs smoothly and the team thrives.
