Our client, a reputable automotive repair centre, is looking to recruit a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their team. This is an excellent chance to work in a well-equipped workshop with a focus on high-quality repairs and a varied workload.

Duties:
6. Carry out paint spraying and preparation on a range of vehicles, including small repairs and bumper corner refinishing
7. Use advanced paint mixing and colour matching equipment to ensure precise colour matches
8. Prepare vehicles for painting, including stripping and masking
9. Work on jobs that typically involve smart repairs, small dents, and panel repairs
10. Maintain high standards of work, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high quality
11. Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily workload demands, typically handling 3 to 5 jobs per week
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, with knowledge of modern painting techniques
13. Time served apprenticeships are highly valued; formal qualifications are not essential but advantages
14. Multi-skilled candidates who can also prepare, strip, and fit are encouraged to apply
15. Focus on quality work with attention to detail, rather than large-scale repair jobs
16. Ability to work independently within a small two-man team
17. Flexibility and a professional attitude are essential
